We all care or have cared about what others think about us. If you're the person who always says, "I don't give a **** what you think." Then chances are you do, and you're just in denial. I am in the process of improving myself, and one thing is to not care what people think about me.
I feel constantly judged -especially in the high school environment, and it sucks. It's like all teens feel like they have to act or dress a certain way in order to survive. Even if we dress differently we get laughed at.. We should all just take a breathe and realize we shouldn't care what people think of us. It's freedom to be whoever we want, but how is that possible when people are constantly judging us and putting our self esteem down?
I found this article and it's pretty straight forward and I think we can ALL relate. (I haven't finished reading it, I just have been busy lately)
